Replacement of existing two story deck with a new one. First floor part is going to be enclosed, insulated, windows installed and finished both sides, interior and exterior. Rubber roof to be installed, and a floating deck to be built on top of the roof. The new construction will be attached to the existing house structure and resting on three sonar tube pillars.
