Installation of 3 antennas along with coaxial cable to radios within 2 new stealth flues as approved by boston redevelopment authority.

Install (1) 40 x 80 and (1) 15 x 15 temporary tents on 10 02 14 and remove by 10 3 14. Tents to be installed in parking lot across from 22 boston wharf rd.

Collocation-existing wireless telecommunication equipment facility - eligible facilities request pursuant to section 6409(a) of the federal spectrum act (47 u. S. C. 1455(a). Install on roof one gps antenna with a diameter of 5" with conduit to equipment room on 3rd floor; install in equipment room power and equipment cabinets and behind louvers ( replaced with rf friendly louvers) two (2) sectors of 3 antennas (total of 6) with junction boxes and remote radio heads all as shown on plans filed herewith

Relocation of cubicles in office area relocation of light fixtures in office area installation of (33) tel data outlets installation of door controls

Adding 12 heads to provide proper coverage. All existing to remain just some walls on the 7th floor changed. Minimal armover length simply adding heads.

Full deconstruction of wireless telecom site including cabinets antennas cables and mounts.

Construct new interior non load bearing partitions. Install new finishes. Install new doors frames and hardware. Modify hvac system to accomodate new layout.

Drill 10 borings in the parking lot to the east of boston wharf road.

Change existing tmobile cellular cabinet with a new 4g cabinet.

Installing new 2" emt in basement to telco room on garage level and pulling fiber through 2" emt.

Install lighting in the stairwell and the exterior of the building.

Board of appeals

We are welding reworking a gas line on floors 6 7 8 9 roof. Floors 6-8 are existing and 9 and above are new. We will possibly be soldering and brazing copper lines in a shaft from 1st floor to roof. Bfd paid detail required

Cut back and installed new 1 5/8 coax.

Welding with gas power welder. Also creating spark with grinder and chop saw welding - steel clips to steel i beams grinding chop saw- metal framing members bfd paid detail required

Cas will be installing exterior and interior steel track and studs. We will be using approximately-- 5- powder actuated hilti guns 5-8 chop saws 2-3 grinders 2-4 sawzalls 2 hammer drills 2-3 skill saws and 2 table saws to perform scope of work. Bfd paid detail required for each separate location;

Demo of small (roughly 1 0 sq ft) roof level sprinkler system demo of 8th floor (top existing floor) sprinkler system covering 25 6 sq ft demo of portions of the 7th floor sprinkler system. New sprinkler lines consisting of 78 sprinklers will then be installed in the demolished area.

Demo of existing system on floors 7 8 &; penthouse leaving 8 pulls and 8 horn strobes for construction. Elevators will be shut down during construction.

Temporary placement of dumpster

Add 2 floors to structure. Demo existing space on flrs 7 &;8 and new core areas made up of bathrooms and electric rooms will be installed on 7 8 9 &;10. Lobby work includes slab replacement as well as relocating; command ctr and installing a lobby desk and wall to separate future retail space.

Cutting burning welding &; grinding of steel demolition chipping for concrete demo and adding (2) floors of steel to existing structure bfd paid detail required

Construction of 2 additional floors to the existing structure at 22 boston wharf road. The existing tenant space on floors 7 and 8 will be demolished and new core service areas installed as well as a lobby renovation to create retail space on the 1st floor.
