Remodel hopkins chapel a. M. E zion church; amendment submitted-request change to type iii.; i am researching to see if zoning approval is required. The 99,0 renovation value is in excess of the tax asessors listing of the building at 53,000. I am trying to determine what the 500,0 of "improvements" lsited is for.; msd approved by kay farlow recd fax; wnc air pollution approved by mike matthews recd fax; i checked with alice smith at the tax asessors office. She indicated that the 500,0 cost is the main builing. Cost of work therefor is less than 50% and there is no change of use or additions.; building review comments the approved plans with the review checklist and review comments are required to be on the jobsite for use by the field inspector(s). The building permit is required to be posted on the jobsite before an inspection can be made. The "energy compliance worksheet" attached to the approved plans shall be completed, signed, and returned to the building inspector before th
