Interior alterations to include removal of kitchen cabinets, plaster on walls & ceiling flooring. Replace with drywall, ceramic tile, cabinets. Paint powder room. New floor & wall board paint. Relace crown molding in dining area. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Licensed contractor to be listed on permit. Separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac. Call inspector at district office at least 24 hours prior to start.

Remove 1 x 1,0 gallon #2 heating oil underground storage tank as per pa dep guidelines. Soil sample is required prior to backfill and a closure report will be submitted upon completion.

Replace drains & water lines for 2nd fl bathroom remodle 1 tub, 1 shower, 1 lavy sinks & 1 water closet, add new laundry standpipe & set new kitchen fixture - the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Bathroom remodel ez permit standard alterations- for alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.
