The project is the tenant improvement of an existing space into a yoga dance studio. The existing space is an approximately 8,0 square open space which used to be medical and professional offices. The current plan sections off approximately 3,8 square of the space for the new studio. There are existing public restrooms in the corridor as well as 18 existing stations where old sinks were located. The project scope entails adding new changing/shower facilities around an existing private restroom in the space, demolition and "capping" of the abandoned sink stations as well as the creation of an executive office and private meditation room. The space is currently serviced with (4) fan coil units which will remain to serve the new space. The majority of the power outlets will remain in place with the exception of a few outlets which will need to be removed because of wall demolition, and the addition of 3 gfci outlets at new lavatory locations in the changing rooms.
