Install bracing on existing balcony (13-01792-vcgen)

For vcc review only make repairs noted in the violation letter of 4/12/16 as follows: all item are noted as ccno 166-35 remove all visible wiring on the exterior of the building; replace 2 existing cameras with zosi that are attached to the wall; move alarm speakers to a less visible location; remove the tall compressor units on the roof; remove all plexi-glass from the existing 3rd floor windows; remove all chicken wire from the attic windows; the 2 windows at the attic floor level that were removed to years ago will not be replaced. It is the owners understanding that the stucco openings shall remain.

Minor interior renovation of existing bar. Work will include painting, new bar top, new bar face, flooring, bar will be shortened by 6 ft. No electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work.
