Interior plumbing construction for a new (4)story mixed-use structure (vacant commercial w single family dwelling above) - note: fuel gas, backflow prevention containment device(s), exterior, 5" sewer & (2)3 4" water connections to the city mains require separate permit(s) - vent terminals at the roof deck(s) level(s) must comply with section p-1103. 4. 1 of the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Complete wiring throughout,2 amp underground service,3 panels,smoke and c o detectors per 2008 nec (mixed use) no fire alarm east district

For erection of four (4) story attached structure as per plans. Structure to be fully sprinklered per nfpa 13. For issuance of certificate of occupancy for single family dwelling on second through fourth floors only.
