Blue board and plaster walls and ceilings install new front doorway entrance, with side lights and transom above. Install new newel posts and handrails with newel spindles. Install new treads and risers. Remove existing exterior concrete stairs and replace with wood and composite to match existing foot print. Paint and stain interior walls and wood working.
