Drill soil borings using geoprobe to feet for soil sampling. Holes will be 2 inches in diameter. Work to be performed for due dilligence to see if site has been impacted by former usts at the property. Bore holes will be abandoned upon sample collection.

Five soil borings will be installed at the property using a hollow stem auger. Borings will be 4. 25 inches in diameter and converted to monitoring wells. The wells will be constructed with new 2-inch id schedule pvc well casing and 0. 0 slot well screen. The well screen will be positioned to straddle the soil groundwater interface approximately 3 feet above and 7 feet below this interface . Each well will be fitted with a water tight locking well cap and protected with a flushmount manhole cover situated in a 1 foot by 1 foot, 6inch thick concrete pad.
