Finish two rooms in the basement of 17 donnell street. An internal french drain system currently exists in the entire basement and walls have a vaor barrier, and coated with 1/4 inch of fiberglass/stucco compound. The first room, a laundry area will be carpeted and finished sheetrock in 3 walls as well as ceiling (r19). The fourth wall will be left exposed and decorated as a feature wall (blue wall in drawings). The ceiling will be approximatelly 68+ with several protrusions and soffits to cover the piping.
