I assessed a 1 reinspection fee for 169 cherokee rd permit #13-43 because the documentation from the engineer was not provided for retaining wall; needed engineer inspection letter. I talked with the home owner and she said that the contractor was aware that he needed the documentation, but she didnt have the documentation on site.
