Move non load bearing wall (remove and replace) for future relocation of half bath (separate electric and plumbing permit to be pulled in future by electrician and plumber for new half bath). Install insulation in any exposed locations. Remove floating flooring (engineered hardwood resting on original hardwood). Install cement backer board and tile floor. Remove 5 windows and adjust framing for new windows. Trim floors windows and doors. Remove cabinets and replace.

Kitchen and half bath renovation (see separate stamped engineers drawings and certified plot plan). Current permit application for: demolition of plaster non load bearing wall (see stamped engineers drawing page 2 of 5 for existing back entry and half bath). Separate permits to by submitted for electrical plumbing and building (framing/alteration of all structurual elements).

Reinforcing framing members under porch. Adding 6 new 12inch footing dug 4ft deep with flares on bottom. 2 under half round bay window that cantilevered out. 2 in front of porch to replace existing rooted pt footings. Also 2 on left side of house underneath bay window thats sagging.

Add dense pack cellulose to attic and air seal.

Rewire the whole house except for the kitchen and bathroom.

Remove/replace 39 existing window. No structural work being done.
