Signed and sealed letter from a nc design professional shall be required to legitimize this work, if it is possible. Mr. Pierfelice shall hire licensed tradesmen to permit and allow for the subsequent inspection of the mini-split hvac units (mechanical and electrical). Building permit required for the structural modification of the foundation for vents, again, accompanied by letter from a nc design professional giving an assessment of the work and indicating no structural integrity has been compromised. Mr. Pierfelice shall remove the partition in the stairwell and cease using that area for storage. Inspection required. No formal violation process as of this time, pending timely compliance of the above tasks by mr. Piefelice.; brad burton confirms that he has received the requested engineer letter.
