Install 8 hellical piers in total. 7 piers are to support an existing addition foundation that is setteling. The 8th pier is to support the corner of the existing deck on 146 side of the duplex. A portion of the existing deck is to be removed to allow installation of the new piers and then the deck repaired. Work shall also consist of installing new hardi-board siding on the exterior with a r-5 rigid insulation backer behind. The home has previously had blown in cellulose installed into all exterior walls. New replacement vinyl windows will also be installed. New flashing and shingles will be installed on the 2 x 6 front porch roof as well.
