Ray came in yesterday to begin the tco process, when reviewing the permits and finals we ran across the grading expiration date which was 1/27/15. They are almost completed with the work minus the landscaping that wont be installed until spring thus the need for the tco. The permit was approved on 1/27/14 and issued on 2/5/14. I asked mr. Ray to send the email requesting an extension for the grading permit. I know it is typically a more formal process but i hope this will suffice.
