Summary: to repurpose the existing chain link fence on the back side (along c street, se) of the apartment building located at 1245 south carolina ave., se, and covert into a copping wall. This will allow for leveling of the ground behind the wall. Existing chain link gates will be removed and that space will be left open. Specifics: remove chain link fencing (leaving the vertical support pipes, which are securely cemented into the ground). The vertical pipes will be shortened to approximately 11. 5 inches. Pressure-treated 2 x 12 boards will be bolted to the vertical pipes from the back side. A pressure-treated 2 x 6 board will be attached using screws across the top edge of the 2 x 12, and there will be angle brackets underneath. The 2 x 6 will serve as a decorative cap and cover the top of the pipes, as well as providing additional stability. After the copping wall is installed, the soil behind the wall will be redistributed resulting in a more level ground. This will require a limit
