Remove and replace 2x4 interior partitions sheetrock throughout 1 and 2 floors to create new bedrooms and bathroom, ceilings included. Insulate exterior walls with r-13 or r-19. Install new kitchen cabinets countertops, tile, carpet, moulding and interior doors. Separate permit required for electrical, plumbing and hvac. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for alteration dated february, 2007. Deviation from this "standard" will result in the revocation of this permit and the imposition of further penalties.
