Repair stucco finish above second story window, second from the barracks property line using vcc approved stucco formulamortar: no more than 1 part portland cement, 3 parts lime, 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted, as quality control is not consistent.

To remove broken glass from a total of three (3) window lites. To install three (3) new panes of glass to replace broken glass. Glass to be 1/8 thick and clear. Windows to be glazed using glazing putty, once skin has formed on glazing, glazing to be primed with oil based primer and painted white to match existing.

Stabilize second floor brick header, cornice and parapet by installing temporary pressure treated wood lintel and bricks within missing lintel space (lintel removed without benefit of vcc review or approval), at middle window of left, barracks-side bay. Perform minor exploratory demolition at second floor lintel/header of right window of right, gov. Nicholls-side bay, evaluating extent of damage and possible lintel failure. Petitioner to submit application for structural renovation within days for final architectural committee review and approval. Application to include full scope of work, corresponding engineers report and detailed wall sections all repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure

Remove deteriorated balcony floor boards,install new 5/4x4 t&g floor boards, per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). Prime & paint deck boards prior to installation, paint deck boards with additional coat of gray on top and sides, and paint underside white to match stringers and outriggers, after installation. All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure
