Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 s2s t&g floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure

Repair/replace (approx 10-15 boards) part of deck on 2nd floor gallery and any portion of stringers that need repair, all work will match existing. Paint to match existing.

Repairs to existing structure. New a/c platform to be built. Existing window unit to be removed. Plywood in window openings are to be removed and replaced with windows. Install 20"x30" metal sign (requiem curiosity shop) on existing metal chain and hooks per sketch.

To install one (1) double-faced metal sign to read requiem curiosity shop per drawings submitted on 07/23/15 & stamped approved 07/27/15sign will measure: 30" x 20" x 1/8"sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door. Sign will hang from existing chains. Sign will have a gray background with off whtie and orange lettering. No additional illumination or lighting is approved.

To install one (1) double-faced metal sign to read requiem curiosity shop per drawings submitted on 07 23 15 & stamped approved 07 27 15sign will measure: 30" x 20" x 1 8"sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door.
