In july 2001, applicant was issued a permit for a deck / landing addition to the rear of the home. In accordance with udo, sec. 7-10-2. (f) (3) an uncovered deck (no roof) may encroach into a required side or rear setback, but no closer than six feet to the side or rear property line. Appears the deck / landing may have been constructed as close as ten feet and eight inches feet (10? 8?) from the rear property line.
