Chillum manor - 11,13,15 riggs road ne - lot-11. Level two renovation impacting percent of cross building areas. Project was previously filed and reviewed under permit b-1701340. (also ref to b1704964) renovation and demolition in all floors first, second, third and basement. The primary scope for this project is to upgrade electrical service to the bldg & replace electrical panels in all apartments. The existing boiler will be removed and ductless minisplit hvac systems will be installed in all apartments. Replacement of hot & cold water plumbing risers through out the buildings roof membrane to be replaced. Exterior renovation and window replacement, as per design.
