Approval to remove (1) healthy (11in maple) tree from the north planter in the parking lot. A tree replacement is required at a ratio of 1:1 for the tree removed and the tree replacement may be planted anywhere on the site. Approval to remove dead diseased dying fir #11 12 18 20 21 22 28 30. Approval to remove (1)30in storm damaged cottonwood (1)30in fallen fir (1)15in storm damaged sweetgum and they shall be cut to grade. Tree replacement is not required. For fir #18 20 21 22 if approved by arborist a min. Habitat snag shall be kept on site. For fir #11 12 28 30 per arborist report they shall be cut to grade. Approval to remove (1)15in blue atlas cedar. Tree replacement is required. Tree replacement shall be native evergreen 6-8 in height anywhere on site.
