Remove unshielded spotlights and install new remcraft 1 series downlight, to be mounted under balcony and centered on openings. Fixtures shall be painted to match adjacent building surface. Remove non-functioning wiring and tighten loose or hanging wiring. All wiring shall be placed in conduits.
