Replacing windows on front fa? Ade, aluminum clad wood interior. Replacing entrance doors and framing with new storefront doors. Replacing vestibule doors and framing with new storefront doors. Remodeling the first floor entrance and lobby (remove carpet, new polished concrete floor, new lighting, remove non-historic wood paneling, remove non-historic dropped ceiling). Altering existing office entry partitions to accommodate new office entrance layout. Existing and proposed use is class c assembly.

Install exhaust fans in main theater (n. Wall). Replace existing theater entry exit doors and frames w fire-rated assemblies. Remove combustible wall facing & trim in main theater - install type 'x' drywall & paint. Rebuild 3 exit stairs from stage in main theater. With new upgrades to existing non-required accessory parking lot to serve the existing non-conforming dance school theatre as per plans.
