At south elevation remove replace bricks, same like and kind. Approx 4 sq. Ft

Install new 16 amp electric service 1-phase.

Remove and replace existing rear open porch and stairs

Convert existing basketball court into an attached 2 car garage to an existing single family residence as per plans - including electrical work

Update electrical in three rooms

Reframe and add new ceiling joist to an existing garage and storage space, inside an existing single family residence.

Remove replace drywall,replace plumbing fixtures,piping same as existing, cabinetry, countertops, 3 steps interior stairs, flooring, doors,windows, vents, carpet, carpentry. All work same existing. Subject to field inspections

Install electric baseboard heaters in 47 apartments.
