Demolish non-load bearing walls in kitchen and on second floor and build new partitions per plans. Demolish and rebuild basement stairs. Replace five to ten rafters damaged by water. Replace roof sheathing and roofing with asphalt shingles. Remove and replace all plumbing, electical and mechanical and add bathrooms.
