SCORE 59 55 M St Ne, Washington, Dc 20002 Drill and sample two soil borings using hollow stem augers on a truck-mounted or track-mounted drill rig, on the 55 m street, ne site. Collect one undisturbed sample, via shelby tube, in each boring location. The soil boring will be performed to approximate depth of 75 feet below the existing grade. The boreholes will be backfilled after drilling and sampling is completed by using bentonite powder and to form slurry. The slurry will be poured from the bottom using tremie pipe with positive displacement pump, as described below. All drill cuttings generated by the borehole activities will be containerized and appropriately disposed of in accordance with the generators waste profile information. All borings and probe holes will be grouted with a mixture of bentonite powder and water to form a grout mixture. Once the borehole is completed, the bentonite slurry will be poured directly into the borehole to an elevation of one foot from the top and then capped with portland cement.
