Replace vinyl siding with stucco on first floor of building (to prevent critters from entering) - permit no. B1513132 expired before we could do the work. Replace two broken windows in rear second floor bedroom with larger more efficient windows by creating two double 1 3 4x 7 1 2" micro lam headers on double studs under beams. The spans of the new headers would be 77" over a 9 length of wall and 66" over an 12 wall. Replace broken window in the second floor bathroom to the front of the house. Replace compromised door to the back deck on second floor with a new 28" door (larger egress that the current 24" door). There currently is no header. A new header would be built. Replace compromised front door. Remove fence to the west and reposition existing fence (with rain protection for bikes) from east side to west side. Replace wooden deck and railing on second floor deck. Install ceiling fan on second floor deck.
