I did not realize it was for my review. The gazebo can be considered the principle structure for the recreational use. The recreational use is a use by right in the rm-8. Ecobuilders does not want to construct a home on lot #7 ecobuilders wants to create a pocket park with an accessory building (gazebo) gardens and walking paths and dedicate all the property and improvements to a new hoa (to be formed in the future).
