Three borings shall be performed around the ywca building at 624 9th street nw. Two borings will be performed in the sidewalk on the southbound side (west side) of 9th street nw and one boring will be performed in the southsidewalk of g street nw. Single truck drill rig ( x 30) will be used. Boring test hole will be 6" in diameter to a depth of feet. Miss utility locator to be used prior to work start. All borings will be backfilled and patched in accordance with ddoe requirements. Sidewalks will be closed (9th street sidewalk closed for 2 days and g street sidewalk closed for 1 day). Total work duration three days. This construction permit requires a separate occupancy permit. The attached plans and conditions are a part of this permit. If steel plates are used at this job site an additional permit is needed.
