Hallway and lobby renovations. Floors 3-6: install new carpet, prep and paint wall, paint doors and door frames. 2nd floor: replace existing light fixtures with new led fixtures, replace existing chandelier, install new tile floor, install wallpaper, install new unit doors, install fire-rated stairwell doors, install millwork. 1st floor:replace existing light fixtures with new led fixtures, replace existing chandelier, level ceiling height, adjust one sprinkler head height, move two sprinkler heads, install new tile floor, install new front door, frame and drywall package closet in lobby, update switches and electrical outlets, remove storage closet, install new mailboxes, install wallpaper, install millwork. All work is non-structural. Electrical and sprinkler permits will be acquired by others.
