Replacing current wood railing with black aluminum railing which is consistent with existing decks on other properties in the neighborhood. There will be no structural changes to the underlying support structure current dimensions or height of the railing. The existing roof deck was built on june 11 1997 and the associated permit number is 4343. The permit office indicated that the landmark commission approval was not necessary as the deck is not visible from public areas and the job is considered a renovation.
