Interior renovations at the residence on franklin street involves the renovation of the basement and an addition of a master bathroom in the second floor. The basement will receive a new bedroom, full bathroom, wet bar and family room. The basement will be conditioned with a multi-head split system. Hot water for the whole house will be provided by a tankless water heater located at the basement. The second level master bathroom will include a shower, wc and double sink. Mechanical alterations include the addition of a central air conditioning system located at the attic. Electrical alterations include the upgrading of the system to accomodate the architectural and mechanical alterations. Exterior alterations include the expansion of 2 windows in the basement to increase the size of the windows and addition of window wells. There are no structural alterations within the scope of this project
