SCORE 60 1767 Lanier Place Nw Washington Dc Dear dcra and urban forestry, per discussion with urban forestry last week, were constructing a new building at 1767 lanier place requiring new utility tie-ins to street. There is an existing oak tree (approx. 24" circumference) in the public space sidewalk that is in conflict with the approved utility plans. We investigated alternate utility tie-in and routing locations. Unfortunately, it is very difficult (if not impossible) to reroute utility lines around tree without impacting routes. Can you please assist?
