SCORE 59 1025 10th Street Nw Washington Dc This project consists of installing a new landscape design and reset portions of the sidewalk pavers. There have been increasing complaints about the aesthetics of the area and several community members have requested pepco to act as good neighbors and improve the landscape. The existing 10th street substation no. 052 is located at 1025 10th street nw, washington, dc. The work will require the use of public space (lawn & sidewalk) for no more than (4) weeks between may and june (pending on when the permit is available and sourcing). The public space will be used for material storage while the landscape is installed (shrubs and ornamental grasses) and portions of the sidewalk are reset. The work will be performed on approximately 175 ft x 12 ft along the north side (l street) of the building. During the landscaping activities, a traffic control plan will be implemented to maintain a safe work area.
