3 bollards adjacent to loading docks and parking garage entrance at far east end of building frontage on c st nw must be removable. Raising of retractable bollards and installation of removable bollards is limited to declared code orange and code red threat levels in the district of columbia as announced by the department of homeland security or the district of columbia government or when a direct threat has been made to the newseum, or when a security sweep is required prior to the visit of a high security visitor. All bollards must be no higher than 30" from grade. Any tree box that has a bollard installed at its edge must have a root channel installed to encourage root growth at appropriate depths below sidewalk area. Permit is good for duration of fixtures.
