This permit is a dgs/dcps project interior only- selective demolition within the bounds of the existing 3 story concrete structure. The work shall include removal of hazardous materials including asbestos. Removal in compliance with district requirements shall be completed prior to selective demolition listed below. The proposed work will disturb lead based paint, all work shall be completed in compliance with the district of columbias department of the environment ddoe requirements. Select demolition and removal of exterior components including portions of the masonry walls, windows, exterior doors, and roofing. Select demolition and removal of interior components including, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems interior partitions, interior doors, finishes, ramps, and portions of the floor slabs.
