Whenever weve referred minor work to the hrc in the past, the new record for the major work was created when that was submitted. I think we can expect the major work for this project to come in prior to the sept. Meeting deadline (aug. 25), at which point permitting can create the new record and accept the difference in fee amount (which would be 52). We should leave the minor record open in the meantime. Also, the entire scope of work will be reviewed as part of the major work application. The propo
