Cambria hotel.... Structural steel and framing... Permit. This project to consist of a new 271,567 sq. Ft. Nineteen (19) floor hotel structure with apox. 255 sleeping rooms and a below grade basement. This structure will include, above grade parking, a restaurant, swiming pool and other amenities. This project will include parcels 117 and 119 of which must be combined before completion of this project. Note : the existing structure must be permited and demolished before start of project. Additional permits to be taken out for construction are required. This project must comply with mpc (dtc) requirements before issuance of this permit. This project must comply with the policy and procedures pertaining to mitigation of construction noise and as council bill # bl2015-1016 site plan review needed will need additional finish out permit......
