The retail type space has a 12 ft wide window that is 2ft tall, 6ft up from the floor at the front of the building. The building when first constructed had a window from 5 inches above the floor to the height of the top of the window that is existing now. The customer wants to put a full height window back in the filled in area from 18 inches above the floor to the top of the existing window. The process will be to remove the block and brick that was used to fill the old full height window area and install a new storefront tempered window with aluminum framing by us aluminum series 4 framing.
