New selective renovations to facilitate a change in use from the existing business b use to proposed hotel r-1 use as described in the associated set of drawings. This submission is a revision to the previously approved building permit b1404041, in conjuction with demolition permit d1400079. Minor renovations to the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as required are also included. Any modifications to the existing fire suppression systems to accommodate the new layouts and change in use will be handled under a separate permit to be filed by federal fire protection. No changes will be made to the existing egress stairs and corridors. Exterior work will be limited only to new windows and window replacements and modifications in select existing openings.
