Need traffic control permit kyler, the storm drain at this location is a wide x 5 high concrete box culvert and is located between your vault and your tie-in, not north of your tie-in as shown on your plans. The sd lid is on the north side of the wide culvert. You will need to go under this culvert and be a minimum of 5 below the bottom of the culvert. This project at 8 west 9 south is approved by the salt lake city department of public utilities with the above noted comments.
