I answered no to question in the environmental intake form, do you plan more development that requires permits on any site in this square in the next 3 years, because i do not plan an additional work in the future on my porch/balcony. I am uncertain, though, if square refers to my entire lot, or the area that is being considered for this permit, thus my reason for including this note in this comment box.
