In front of the entrance at 1 berkeley they would also like to have cars on display from their sponsor organizations. The layout is attached to this application. The meter numbers to be hooded are: on stuart st. Da3 - da382 on berkeley st. Da374 - da379

The event will be held inside at 1 berkeley st (john hancock hall). It is the new england salsa awards. They are creating a red carpet experience which will use the building lobby buildings sidewalk the public sidewalk and hooded meter spaces. All will be directly in front of the entrance at 1 berkeley st. Part of this red carpet experience will use a small grouping of searchlights. The unit will be placed in one of the meter spaces which will be hooded by the city.

Private indoor event at the back bay events center (john hancock hall) for childrens hospital trust (managed by tillingers concierge). They will be parking 1 promotional vehicle outside the main entrance on the buildings property. The building has approved this. They also need an occupancy permit for meters da 3 da 381 da 382 and da 383 on stuart st from 8:00am on 11/11 - 8:00pm on 11/12. This will be for loading and unloading. The bond to be used for this is under tillingers concierge.
