Replacement remodel of the kitchen and bathroom. Existing cabinetry and appliances in the kitchen will be removed and replaced with new cabinetry and appliances. Existing vanity and toilet will be removed and replaced. Some minor electrical work will be done, such as addition of 15 new recessed light fixtures throughout the condo unit. Plumbing will not be changed, but new fixtures will be installed. A separate electrical and plumbing permit will be obtained from a licensed electrician and plumber, respectively, as a part of this project. New floors will be installed throughout.
