After receiving the permit, initial inspection of hidden structure under flooring revealed deterioration and rot of more than expected and we suggested bringing in a structural engineer. Rod hudgins was brought in with approval of homeowners and an assessment was made and a drawing released. Homeowners made a decision to bring in someone else to fulfill job after estimate of work required by drawing was released by khi.
