However, steps coming straight back into the yard would severely compromise its usefulness so we hope to make use of the strip of land inside the fence to push the steps over to the side nearest to 12th place. There is an existing 6ft fence but ive been told that this was probably erected illegally. "yassir" had a look at the drawings on wednesday last week and gave a provisional ok on the steps.
