SCORE 86 56 Jackson St Cambridge, Ma Existing wood porch built on top of a concrete pad that sits between 18 and 29 inches above the ground. We will remove the wood porch, and leave the concrete pad beneath and use it to support a new wooden porch. It will consist of a stringer attached to the house and 2x8s attached to that stringer and extending out over the concrete pad, using it for vertical support. Decking on top of the framing and a 3 railing around the entire porch from the house to the edge of the stairway.
