The wall is on the very edge of the back portion of the property adjacent to the alley way. Dc garbage trucks have been hitting the wall and knocking it down. As a result, you can see the current condition of the wall in the attached pictures. The homeowner has contract me, john yori of military veterans landscaping to be the contractor to properly repair the wall to the point that it will be able to withstand any further damage that may ensue from the garbage trucks. The dc government has investigated the homeowners claims and destruction of the wall and concluded that the damage was the fault of the city garbage trucks and has made a legal settlement to the homeowner for the proper repairs. The homeowner has since and recently sold the home and would like for the wall to be repaired as soon as possible.
