This sign will announce the trail and let people know where it is. The sign will be made of vinyl and will be installed using an adhesive. It will be installed over night on a sunday, after 10p, and will take no longer than five and a half hours to complete. Installation of the overpass sign will consist of three phases. Phase 1 will start in the outer two eastbound lanes, where we will close down traffic. Phase 1 will consist of two installers up in the lift and one below, as the spotter. Phase 1 will take approximately an hour and a half. Phase 2 will consist of closing down the center two lanes of traffic. Like phase 1 there will be two installers inside the lift installing the graphics with one spotter on the ground. Phase 2 will take approximately one hour to one and a half hours. Phase 3, and the final phase, we will close down the outer two westbound lanes of traffic.
